Spearhead Traverse

The Spearhead Traverse is the proper way to ski Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb!  Leave from the summit of the Blackcomb Ski Resort, and make your way over high mountain passes and wild glaciers over the course of 3 days. Absorb the expansive views on the Spearhead Traverse and great alpine ski descents every day on this high alpine adventure. The Spearhead Traverse is one of the many popular multi day ski tours in the Coast Mountains of BC. Let Altus Mountain Ski Guides take you safely up and over the mountains that make up the Spearhead Traverse. With the knowledge of Altus Mountain Ski Guides the Spearhead Traverse will be easier and much safer with a guide. All Altus Mountain Ski Guides are certified ACMG Ski Guides.  After finishing the Spearhead Traverse, you will arrive back at the Whistler Ski Resort.

WHO FOR
Beginner to Advanced. Good fitness is required, as you can expect to travel uphill on skis 2000 – 7000ft (depending on itinerary). Our tours are capable of accommodating all skill/fitness.

Avalanche Rescue Gear (can be rented from our rental partner), Whistler Blackcomb Lift Ticket, Camping Equipment (Sleeping Bag, Tent, Sleeping Pad, Cookware, etc.), Meals on Trip (catering is available for $80/per person/day)

This tour is run with a maximum of 6:1 ratio (skier to guide) and requires a minimum of 3 for the trip to run.
