Join avid ultra racer Eric Carter to dive into the techniques for a successful race, whether 5km to 50m. Examine tapering, race prep, building a support team, and tacking your best race.
Clinic will kick off indoors to breakdown race tactics, followed by a run on local Squamish Trails. Participants can expect to run up to 10km of mountainous terrain.
