Ski tour Aomori Springs japan. About as far north as you can get on the main island of Honshu is Aomori city, the snowiest inhabited city earth! We'll be based out of the Aomori Springs area on the northern slopes of the Mt. Iwaki. From there we'll use the Aomori Springs ski lifts to gain access to the large volcano to access some of the best tree skiing we've found in Japan
